Choose from two levels of care: Imperial Head Spa (60 min) – $68 A deeply soothing scalp treatment that combines massage techniques with stress-relieving touches to release tension and promote mental clarity. Emperor Head Spa (90 min) – $110 An elevated experience inspired by Vietnamese-style rituals. Includes 60 minutes of intensive head massage plus 30 minutes of facial care: face wash, exfoliation, facial massage, shoulder & neck massage, and a revitalizing face mask. Frequently asked questions Q: Is this a Japanese head spa? A: It is a Japanese-style head spa: a deep scalp cleanse, scalp massage and hair conditioning in a calm, relaxing setting. We also use Chinese meridian techniques to release tension in the head, neck and shoulders. Q: What is included in the head spa offer? A: Choose the 60-minute Imperial Head Spa (scalp cleanse, scalp massage and hair conditioning) or the 90-minute Emperor Head Spa, which adds a mini facial with shoulder and neck massage. Q: How much is it? A: The offer price ranges from $68 to $110 at our Etobicoke location, depending on the head spa you choose. Q: Is this a limited-time offer? A: Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to fill in the intake form.
Cancellation Policy
Late arrivals: We respectfully request that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow time to fill out any required intake forms and answer any intake questions the therapist may have. When booking services at Imperial Retreat, your appointment is scheduled with a therapist, whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you know you will be a few minutes late, please call us ahead of time so we can do our best to try and accommodate you. Cancellation and Rescheduling: At Imperial Retreat, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Our goal is to provide the best possible service while managing our schedule efficiently to benefit all our guests. 24 Hours’ Notice: No charge. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Rescheduling: Rescheduling must be done with at least 24 hours’ notice. We reserve the right to change our appointment policy at any time. If you are not satisfied with our services, please let us know within 24 hours after the service. We will not be responsible for any problems after 24 hours. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
