Cancellation Policy

Late arrivals: We respectfully request that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow time to fill out any required intake forms and answer any intake questions the therapist may have. When booking services at Imperial Retreat, your appointment is scheduled with a therapist, whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment.  If you know you will be a few minutes late, please call us ahead of time so we can do our best to try and accommodate you. Cancellation and Rescheduling: At Imperial Retreat, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Our goal is to provide the best possible service while managing our schedule efficiently to benefit all our clients. 24 Hours’ Notice: No charge. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Rescheduling: Rescheduling must be done with at least 24 hours’ notice. ​We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer. We reserve the right to change our appointment policy at any time. If you are not satisfied with our services please let us know within 24 hours after the service. We will not be responsible for any problem after 24 hours. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us ensure that we can accommodate the needs of all our clients and continue providing the quality service you expect and deserve.
