Frequently asked questions Q: Is RMT massage covered by insurance? A: Our treatments are performed by Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs), and we offer direct billing to your insurance. Coverage depends on your plan, so check your benefits for registered massage therapy. Q: Do you offer direct billing? A: Yes. We can bill your insurance provider directly, so you may pay little or nothing out of pocket, depending on your plan. Q: How long are RMT sessions and how much do they cost? A: Sessions are available in 45, 60, 75 or 90 minute lengths. Prices at our Etobicoke location range from $100 to $170, depending on the length you choose. Q: How do I book an RMT appointment? A: Book online or call our Etobicoke location at 647-800-0600. Please book RMT appointments separately from other spa services. Q: Where is Imperial Retreat Etobicoke? A: We are at 5555 Eglinton Ave W, 2nd Floor, Suite 216-219 (Centennial Park Plaza), Etobicoke. We are open 7 days a week. Call 647-800-0600 with any questions. Q: What is the cancellation policy? A: Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to fill in the intake form.
Cancellation Policy
Late arrivals: We respectfully request that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow time to fill out any required intake forms and answer any intake questions the therapist may have. When booking services at Imperial Retreat, your appointment is scheduled with a therapist, whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you know you will be a few minutes late, please call us ahead of time so we can do our best to try and accommodate you. Cancellation and Rescheduling: At Imperial Retreat, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Our goal is to provide the best possible service while managing our schedule efficiently to benefit all our guests. 24 Hours’ Notice: No charge. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Rescheduling: Rescheduling must be done with at least 24 hours’ notice. We reserve the right to change our appointment policy at any time. If you are not satisfied with our services, please let us know within 24 hours after the service. We will not be responsible for any problems after 24 hours. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us ensure that we can accommodate the needs of all our guests and continue providing the quality service you expect and deserve. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest.
