Planning a relaxing day with friends or family? At Imperial Retreat, we make group bookings easy! Whether it’s a special celebration or simply a shared wellness escape, booking for multiple people is straightforward.
Follow the step-by-step guide below with helpful screenshots to ensure a smooth booking process. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us—we’re here to help you create a memorable experience for everyone.
**IMPORTANT**
To make group bookings, please log in to your account or sign up if you don’t have one yet. Make sure to provide the correct email address, as it will be used to send your confirmation codes and booking details.
1. Log in or Create an Account
If you don’t already have an account, please sign up. This ensures we can send booking confirmations and updates directly to your email. Creating an account is essential for making group reservations.
2. Choose Your Preferred Service
Browse through our range of wellness services and select the one that best suits your group’s needs. Once you’ve chosen, click Book Now to begin the reservation process.
3. Appointment Summary
A pop-up window will appear, asking if you’d like to add another service. For group bookings, please DO NOT select "Add Another Service" if you’re booking for the same time slot. Adding another service here will schedule it in sequence, but only for yourself. Instead, click Schedule Appointment to proceed.
4. Select Date and Time
Choose your preferred date and time, then click Next. For group bookings, we recommend booking at least one week in advance to secure your spots.
5. Fill Out Required Information
Complete the necessary details and click Add to Cart. Please note, clicking Book Now at this stage will only book for yourself.
6. Add More Services for Your Group
After adding the first service to your cart, a confirmation message will appear. Click Continue Browsing, then refresh your browser to help prevent booking errors. From there, you can add additional services for each person. Select the same or a different service for each individual, ensuring the same time slot for group bookings. Repeat this process for each person in your group.
7. Review Your Cart
Click the cart icon at the top-right corner to review all services added. The icon will display the number of services in your cart. Once you’ve confirmed the bookings for your group, proceed to Checkout.
8. Finalize Your Booking
Your spots will not be secured until you click Place Order. Don’t worry—you won’t be charged when placing your order. Payments are only processed after your sessions.
